Job description: Job Description :Sales Officer/ Sr Sales Officer- Protective Coating VerticalJob Location: KochiRole and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the promotion and sales of high-performance coatings products
- Launching and entering new marketing segments
- Working closely with the Regional Manager to cover the entire respective region
- Training and motivating young salespersons to achieve their targets
- Promoting new protective coating products in the assigned region
- Obtaining approvals from clients and consultants for products
- Conducting corrosion audits and providing coating system recommendations to industrial clients
- Conducting coating trials, troubleshooting, exploring new business opportunities, conducting presentations, and performing competitor analysis
- Providing product application training for the company’s sales personnel in various depots, polishers, applicators, contractors, and painters
- Understanding and performing business, cost/benefit, and financial analysis
- Preparing and presenting proposals and closing new accounts in targeted verticals
- Developing and maintaining a sales plan to ensure the achievement of company sales targets and profitability
#RequirementsRequirements:
- Educational Qualification: B.Tech / B.E. / B.Sc / Diploma
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in sales with protective coating, industrial coating, industrial paint, or industrial chemical handling experience is mandatory
