Experience: 2 to 4 yearsJob Summary:We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage financial transactions, tax compliance, and reporting for our e-commerce business. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in Tally, GST filing, and financial reporting while ensuring compliance with relevant accounting and taxation standards.Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure proper bookkeeping using Tally.
- Oversee GST filing, tax compliance, and return submissions in accordance with statutory requirements.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, including profit and loss accounts, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely invoicing, payments, and reconciliations.
- Utilize Advanced Excel functions (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Data Validation) to generate financial reports and insights.
- Assist in budget preparation, cost analysis, and financial forecasting.
- Ensure compliance with accounting principles, company policies, and government regulations.
- Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and financial advisors to facilitate audits and tax assessments.
- Monitor cash flow, banking transactions, and payroll processing.
- Provide support in financial decision-making through data analysis and reporting.
Required Skills & Competencies:✅ Proficiency in Tally & Zoho Books
✅ Strong knowledge of GST filing and tax compliance
✅ Advanced Excel skills, including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables
✅ Experience in financial reporting, tax filing, and bookkeeping
✅ Understanding of accounts payable & receivable management
✅ Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
✅ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
✅ Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Expected salary: Rs.45000 per month
