Bhd., are a BPO and Technology Solutions provider, where innovation meets excellence.As we continue our rapid expansion, we are on the lookout for passionate and driven individuals to join our team as Accountant & Financial Analyst, providing outstanding support to our renowned clients in the Finance sector with outstanding service and professionalism.PositionAccountant & Financial AnalystKey ResponsibilitiesHandle full-cycle accounting (AP/AR, GL, bank reconciliations, journal entries).Perform bookkeeping and maintain accurate financial records.Prepare monthly & annual financial statements in compliance with accounting standards.Ensure timely tax filings (VAT/GST, Corporate Tax, Withholding Tax) and statutory compliance.Conduct financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.Assist in audits and liaise with auditors/tax advisors.Improve accounting processes, internal controls, and reporting systems.Job RequirementsBachelors degree in Accounting/Finance (ACCA/CPA/CFA/CA or equivalent is a plus).2-3 years of accounting experience, preferably in a remote/multinational environment.Strong knowledge of bookkeeping principles and financial reporting standards (IFRS/GAAP).Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks) and advanced Excel skills.Experience with tax compliance (Corporate Tax, VAT/GST, etc.).Fluent in English (additional languages a plus).Analytical mindset with attention to detail.Job TypeFull-timeRemote (Work From Home), 5 days a weekSalaryBasic: INR 40,000 monthlyBenefitsBirthday LeaveMaternity LeaveAnnual LeaveCareer advancement opportunitiesProfessional development programsExpected Start DateImmediatelyFind Out More About UsGlassdoor:
