- Handle full-cycle accounting (AP/AR, GL, bank reconciliations, journal entries).
- Perform bookkeeping and maintain accurate financial records.
- Prepare monthly & annual financial statements in compliance with accounting standards.
- Ensure timely tax filings (VAT/GST, Corporate Tax, Withholding Tax) and statutory compliance.
- Conduct financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
- Assist in audits and liaise with auditors/tax advisors.
- Improve accounting processes, internal controls, and reporting systems.
Job Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Accounting/Finance (ACCA/CPA/CFA/CA or equivalent is a plus).
- 2-3 years of accounting experience, preferably in a remote/multinational environment.
- Strong knowledge of bookkeeping principles and financial reporting standards (IFRS/GAAP).
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks) and advanced Excel skills.
- Experience with tax compliance (Corporate Tax, VAT/GST, etc.).
- Fluent in English (additional languages a plus).
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
