The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of accounting experience, with strong proficiency in Tally ERP and in-depth knowledge of GST regulations and compliance. This role will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements. Key Responsibilities:Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records in Tally ERPPrepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statementsHandle GST filings, including GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, and annual returnsReconcile bank statements, ledgers, and inter-company accountsEnsure compliance with all applicable tax laws and regulationsAssist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysisManage accounts payable and receivable functionsCoordinate with auditors during internal and external auditsMaintain general ledger and oversee month-end and year-end close processesMonitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master’s/MBA preferred)Minimum 5 years of accounting experience in a corporate or mid-sized business environmentProficient in Tally ERP and Microsoft ExcelStrong knowledge of GST compliance, returns, and reconciliationGood understanding of Indian accounting standards and financial regulationsExcellent attention to detail and problem-solving skillsStrong organizational and time-management abilitiesAbility to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams Preferred Qualifications:CA Inter or equivalent professional qualification is an added advantageExperience working with statutory auditors and government filingsExposure to other financial software tools is a plus
Expected salary: Rs.28000 – 32000 per month
