Job description: Job ProfilePosition: Accounts OfficerLocation: Waluj, MIDCDepartment: Accounts & FinanceReporting To: Managing DirectorKey ResponsibilitiesMaintain accurate books of accounts including ledgers, journals, vouchers, and entries in Tally or accounting softwareHandle day-to-day accounting operations: purchase booking, sales invoicing, expense tracking, and petty cashManage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR), including vendor and customer reconciliationPrepare and file GST returns, TDS, PT, and coordinate for income tax complianceEnsure timely bank reconciliations and oversee payments/receiptsAssist in monthly closing, MIS reports, and balance sheet finalization supportLiaison with auditors, CA, tax consultants, and government departmentsMaintain and verify asset register, stock audits, and internal controlsSupport in budgeting, cost tracking, and variance analysisEnsure compliance with Company Act, statutory records, and documentationRequirementsJob RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or related field (B.Com / M.Com)Minimum 1–3 years of hands-on experience in an accounts roleProficiency in Tally ERP, Excel, and accounting toolsSound knowledge of GST, TDS, and Indian accounting standardsStrong analytical and numerical abilityDesired Skills & AttributesHigh attention to detail and accuracyStrong organizational and time management skillsIntegrity and confidentiality in financial handlingAbility to work under deadlines and multitaskProactive communicator with team and managementOther ExpectationsPrior experience in manufacturing company is preferredFamiliarity with ERP is a plusKnowledge of export documentation & accounting (optional but added advantage)BenefitsCompetitive salary and performance-based growthStructured training & upskilling supportOpportunity to work with a reputed export-oriented precision engineering firmSupportive and professional team environmentExposure to global standards in finance & compliance
