Job description: Position Overview:We are hiring an enthusiastic and customer-focused Admission Counsellor to guide prospective students through the admission process and promote the institutions programs.Key Responsibilities: * Engage with prospective students and parents to provide detailed information about courses, admission procedures, and campus facilities.
- Assist students in completing admission forms and documentation.
- Organize and participate in admission-related events, including open houses and webinars.
- Follow up with leads and inquiries through phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
- Maintain accurate records of admissions and applicant data.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for student enrollment.
Requirements:
- Language fluency in English and Tamil is required, and Malayalam will be an advantage.
- Bachelors degree in any discipline.
- Strong interpersonal and sales skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet enrollment targets.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
Expected salary: Rs.15000 per month
