Job description: We are Hiring For Area Sales Executive (Publication)Industry: Children’s Book PublicationLocation: Delhi/NCR, Guwahati & ChennaiSalary: up to 30,000 per month + Incentives + TAExperience: 2-3 Years in the Children’s Book Publication IndustryInterview Mode: Face to FaceRole Overview:As a Area Sales Executive you will be responsible for driving sales of Children books age group 0- 14 Years wherein an individual will be responsible for managing relationships with key accounts (bookstores, online retailers, Wholesalers, distributors, schools exhibitors etc.), identifying new business opportunities, and often helping to shape sales strategy based on market trends.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.Manage relationships with retail chains, school exhibitors, wholesalers, and book stores.Identify new markets and secure new business deals.Provide accurate sales forecasts, market insights, and regular reporting to senior leadership.Negotiate discounts, contracts, and terms with clients and partners.Monitor industry trends, competitor titles, and customer needs.Represent the company at book fairs, exhibitions etc.Strong communication and negotiation skillsDeep understanding of the children’s book market.Relationship building and networking abilitiesImmediate – 15 joiners will be preferredEmail your CV at hr (at) anddjobs (dot) com or WhatsApp : 8800667623Andd Jobs
