The ideal candidate should have a strong background in lead generation, client engagement, and supporting the field sales team in closing deals. Key Responsibilities:Generate leads and build a strong sales pipeline through LinkedIn networking and phone calls.Engage with potential B2B clients, explain product offerings, and schedule meetings for the field team.Maintain accurate client databases and track follow-ups.Support the field sales team with backend coordination, proposals, and documentation.Ensure timely and professional communication with clients to build lasting relationships. Requirements:Minimum 5 years of experience in offline B2B sales support or telecalling.Hands-on experience with LinkedIn outreach and lead generation.Excellent communication and follow-up skills.Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
