Operate coffee machines and equipment efficiently and safely.
Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner to ensure satisfaction.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area and customer seating spaces.
Manage inventory and restock supplies as needed.
Handle cash and process transactions accurately.
Adhere to health and safety guidelines and maintain a hygienic environment.
Assist in training new baristas and support team members as required.QualificationsPrevious experience as a Barista or in a similar customer service role is preferred.
Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and espresso machine operation.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
Basic math skills for handling transactions.
Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
