Were now looking for a Career Development Executive** to join our team and help students and professionals achieve their career goals.*Key Responsibilities:1. Career Guidance & Workshops:– Conduct free workshops and career guidance sessions schools and colleges to promote Kaarlos training programs.– Deliver engaging seminars on **career opportunities**, **industry trends, and skill development.2. Relationship Building– Build and maintain strong relationships with principals, placement officers, and faculty members to establish long-term partnerships.– Network with students to understand their career aspirations and provide tailored guidance.3. **Student Engagement & Data Collection:– Collect **student data** during campus visits and generate **direct leads** for enrollment in Kaarlos programs.– Follow up with students via calls, emails, or meetings to ensure their interest and participation.4. **Training Delivery:– Deliver **career development training programs in areas like Communication Skills, Resume Building, and Interview Preparation.– Use innovative training methodologies to cater to different learning styles.5. **Placement Support:**– Assist in organizing placement drives and campus interviews for trained students.– Provide mock interviews and personalized feedback to help students prepare for job opportunities.*Requirements:– Any degree (preferably in HR, Psychology, or Business Administration).– Fresher or *1+ years of experience in career counseling, training, or student engagement.– Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.– Strong networking abilities to build relationships with educational institutions and students.– Proficient in MS Office Suite** and **data collection tools**.– Willingness to travel to schools and colleges for workshops and seminars.Benefits:– Competitive salary and ravel allowances– Opportunity to make a real impact on students careers.– Work in a dynamic and rewarding environment.– Be part of a leading HR and training company with a proven track record.
