- 2 years experience as a CNC machine operator.
- Ability to translate mechanical documents and engineering drawings.
- Great attention to detail with a goal-driven attitude.
- Strong comprehension and analytical abilities.
- Good computer and mathematical skills.
- Set-up and manage CNC machines to perform different jobs including drilling, grinding and milling.
- Translate engineering drawings and requirements into dimensions for production.
- Ensure the CNC machine operates in accordance with the guidelines of the company.
- Proven experience in CNC machine operation with a minimum of one year and a maximum of three years in a similar role.
- Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to guide machine operations accurately.
- Proficient in communication skills to effectively liaise with other team members and management.
- Capability in CNC operation, ensuring machine setup and running within specified tolerances and guidelines.
- Experience in CNC programming to enhance or modify existing machine instructions for improved efficiency.
- Competence in CNC mill operations, focusing on precision and quality in production tasks.
- Attention to detail to identify potential issues with machinery or resulting products, proposing corrective actions as necessary.
- Must possess a basic understanding of workplace safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
Expected salary: Rs.150000 per year
