Additional info here:About the RoleThe Community Mobilizer is a key pivot between the organization and the communities we work in. Their engagement skills and consistency are essential to enable feedback, learning, and smooth execution of programme activities in the communities.Position Overview1.Day-to-day coordination of feeding and nutrition programs at project locations.2.Ensure delivery of programme activities in the community through effective communication between programme team, kitchen staff and community POC.3.Carry out community mobilization for childrens attendance, group meetings, and training sessions.4.Coordinate with the Program Manager to build and strengthen volunteering campaigns.5.Visit homes and build relationships with community members.6.Make weekly and monthly activity plans with Program Manager.7.Collect data and report on time to the Program Manager.8.Maintain required documentation.Experience1. Educational qualification: Minimum Bachelors/BSW.2. At least one year of experience in community work is preferable.3. Oral command over Marathi and Hindi. Written command over English.4. Familiarity with Google Sheets/Excel.Values1.A knack for communication and interpersonal skills.2.Ability to think on your feet and resolve conflict.3.Unconditional respect for the community.4.Inclusive and continuous learning mindset.5.Comfortable with travel.
Expected salary: Rs.35000 per month
