Develop and maintain standard cost systems for materials, labor, and overhead.
Analyze production costs, monitor cost variances, and recommend cost-saving initiatives.
Prepare detailed cost reports and provide insights to management for decision-making.
Collaborate with production, procurement, and R&D teams to ensure cost efficiency and accuracy in costing data.
Support budgeting and forecasting processes by providing accurate cost data.
Review inventory valuations and ensure accurate costing of stock and work-in-progress.
Assist in pricing decisions and margin analysis for new and existing products.
Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting standards related to costing.
Lead or support cost audits and internal reviews as required.Notes:
