  • Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
  • Provide accurate information about products/services to customers.
  • Resolve customer queries, complaints, and issues efficiently.
  • Maintain customer records and update CRM software.
  • Follow up with customers for feedback and support.
  • Ensure excellent customer service and maintain satisfaction levels.
  • Achieve call targets and maintain call quality.

Key Skills Required:

  • Excellent communication and listening skills.
  • Patience, empathy, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation skills (if applicable).
  • Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
  • Time management and multitasking abilities.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum graduation
  • Experience in customer service/telecalling is a plus.
  • Proficiency in English, Hindi.

Expected salary: Rs.20000 per month
