We’re a lean, high-impact team redefining how modern cybersecurity is built.Job Description:We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Technical Lead – Cybersecurity with 7+ years of industry experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in networking and cybersecurity, hands-on expertise in cloud-firewalls, SIEM/SOAR, and security operations, along with leadership experience in guiding and mentoring technical teams.This role requires a mix of technical depth, architectural vision, and team leadership skills, making it perfect for candidates who thrive in dynamic, fast-paced, and innovation-driven environments.RequirementsRoles & Responsibilities:Solution Development: Lead the development of cybersecurity solutions with expertise in Cloud-Firewalls, SIEM/SOAR, and Network & Security Operations.Architecture & Design: Make key architectural and design decisions to ensure scalability, reliability, and security of solutions.Project Leadership: Define project specifications, set technical direction, and oversee execution from design to deployment.Team Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior engineers, delegate tasks effectively, and provide constructive feedback.Conflict & Risk Management: Evaluate risks, resolve technical conflicts, and ensure timely delivery of milestones.Knowledge Sharing: Continuously research emerging technologies and share best practices with the team to drive innovation.Legacy Systems: Work with and modernize legacy software while introducing scalable improvements.Agile Collaboration: Collaborate in Agile environments, ensuring cross-functional alignment and delivery.Qualifications & Experience:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Development, or a related field (Degree in Cybersecurity is an added advantage).7+ years of industry experience in software development and/or cybersecurity.Strong background in networking and cybersecurity domains.Prior experience in start-ups or fast-paced environments preferred.Experience working in Agile/Scrum methodologies.Key Skills & Technologies:Proficiency in PHP, Python, and AWS.Knowledge of Node.js and Go (good to have).Strong background in technical design and solution architecture.Excellent communication and leadership skills – verbal and written.Ability to mentor, guide, and inspire team members.Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Expected salary: Rs.10000 per month
