The ideal candidate will ensure smooth coordination between dispatch, drivers, and fleet teams while maintaining operational efficiency and discipline.Key Responsibilities:Allocate and assign trips to drivers based on availability and schedulesMaintain daily driver rosters and trip recordsTrack vehicle and driver movements, ensure timely dispatch and arrivalAct as the point of contact for driver issues, emergencies, or breakdownsMonitor driver attendance, behavior, and route complianceEnsure drivers carry valid licenses and required documentsCoordinate with fleet maintenance team for vehicle readinessRequirementsMinimum 4 years of experience in driver/fleet coordinationFamiliarity with logistics and transport operationsGood knowledge of regional routes and trip planningStrong communication and conflict-resolution skillsProficient in Excel/transport tracking systems (preferred)Must be based in or willing to work from KolkataBenefitsFixed salary of ₹35,000/monthOpportunity to work in a reputed bulk liquid transport companyDay-to-day operational exposure in a fast-paced logistics environmentTeam support and growth opportunities in transport management
