We are in search of a licensed Electrical Supervisor to oversee and manage electrical issues within our company’s retail outlets.Position: Electrical SupervisorLocation: Multiple Retail Outlets (Field-based)Working Schedule: 6 Days/Week (Emergency availability required)Salary: 30,000/- CTC per monthEmployment Type: Full-Time | On-SitePrimary Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular visits to company retail outlets to inspect and address electrical failures
- Take charge of resolving issues or coordinating with third-party service providers
- Ensure operational efficiency of lights, ACs, elevators/lifts, and other electrical equipment
- Document electrical problems and ensure timely resolution and compliance
- Serve as the primary contact for outlet-level electrical concerns
RequirementsRequirements::
- Education: Minimum 12th Pass
- License: Valid Electrical Supervisor License
- Experience: At least 3 years in electrical maintenance/supervision
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in electrical equipment, wiring systems, HVAC, lighting, and lifts
- Strong troubleshooting, coordination, and on-site decision-making abilities
