- Identification and acquisition of key private and government projects in the designated market through personal network and influencing decision-makers.
- Establishment and maintenance of strong relationships with important stakeholders including builders, contractors, applicators, architects, and approving authorities to facilitate project sales.
- Conducting comprehensive market research and analysis to comprehend project-specific requirements, competitor activities, and market trends, and utilizing this information to shape sales strategies.
- Effective communication of product quality and advantages to project stakeholders through presentations, demonstrations, and promotional activities.
- Monitoring project sales performance, generating detailed reports on sales activities, and providing insights to the Sales Manager for strategic decision-making.
- Cultivation and maintenance of strong relationships with key project customers to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Collaboration with the Sales Manager and other team members to ensure cohesive and strategic sales efforts.
- Ensuring full compliance with the company’s reporting requirements and maintaining accurate and timely records in both online and offline formats.
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to drive project sales and manage customer relationships.
- Highly motivated, result-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Must possess a strategic mindset with the ability to adapt to changing market conditions.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Project Sales, preferably from the Construction Chemical / Cement industry.
- Any Graduate or Post Graduate Degree / Diploma in Marketing Management.
Expected salary: Rs.300000 – 500000 per year
