This involves creating, nurturing, and managing a network of dealers and stakeholders, including contractors, to achieve overall business value and volume targets.Responsibilities
- Develop a monthly plan to achieve assigned business objectives for the territory and work towards meeting targets.
- Support dealers in reaching their sales targets through regular visits, effective scheme communication, and timely material service.
- Identify and establish new dealer counters to expand sustainable sales potential in the territorial market.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure the availability of materials, services, and promotional tools for dealers.
- Monitor and ensure timely payment collections from dealers in line with set benchmarks.
RequirementsRequirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the building materials industry.
Expected salary: Rs.400000 – 700000 per year
