Job description: Company Name : Dozco India Private LimitedTitle : Export Manager | DOZCO | VishakapatinamJob Type: Full Time, Work from OfficeLocation: Plot no-243, Block-D, IDA, Auto Nagar, Post, BHPV Twp, Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh 530012Industry: Machinery Manufacturing or TradingGender: Male OnlyYears of Experience: 5+ yearsTimings: 9 am to 6.30 pmSalary : Upto 50kRoles & ResponsibilitiesOversee end-to-end export operations, ensuring accuracy in documentation, compliance, and timely shipment execution.Manage relationships with freight forwarders, customs agents, shipping companies, and overseas clients.Prepare and verify all export documentation (invoices, packing lists, LC documents, shipping bills, certificates of origin, etc.).Ensure compliance with international trade laws, DGFT policies, customs regulations, and export incentives schemes.Identify and develop new export markets and business opportunities.Negotiate terms and pricing with clients and logistics partners.Coordinate with internal teams (production, logistics, finance) for seamless order fulfillment.Monitor foreign exchange regulations and oversee payment collections from international customers.Track export KPIs and prepare regular reports for management. Qualifications & SkillsExperience: Minimum 5 years in export management, preferably in machinery manufacturing/trading.Education: Graduate / Postgraduate in International Business, Commerce, or related field.Technical Skills:Strong knowledge of export documentation, customs procedures, Incoterms, and LC processing.Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.Soft Skills:Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.Ability to manage multiple shipments and meet deadlines. Eligibility CriteriaLocation: Candidates must be from Visakhapatnam only.Gender: Male candidates preferred.
