By combining your passion for fashion, in-depth product knowledge, and strong sales skills, you will help drive store revenue and build meaningful, long-term client relationships.RequirementsKey Responsibilities:Client Experience
- Welcome customers with warmth and professionalism, ensuring a luxury-level experience from entry to checkout.
- Offer personalized styling and wardrobe recommendations tailored to individual customer needs and preferences.
Sales & Target Achievement
- Consistently meet and exceed personal and store-wide sales targets.
- Utilize upselling and cross-selling techniques to enhance the overall shopping experience and increase transaction value.
Product Knowledge & Merchandising
- Stay up-to-date with current fashion collections, product features, brand stories, and styling trends.
- Ensure merchandise is attractively displayed, and stock levels are well maintained.
Clienteling
- Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, especially high-value customers.
- Maintain a client book and proactively engage clients with follow-ups, exclusive previews, and style consultations.
Store Operations
- Support day-to-day store operations including cleanliness, visual merchandising, and stock management.
- Work collaboratively with team members to uphold service excellence and operational efficiency.
Requirements:Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in fashion retail, ideally within premium or luxury environments.
- Demonstrated success in meeting sales targets and providing outstanding customer service.
