Strong communication skills in Telugu, Hindi, and English are essential.Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential clients and provide detailed information about real estate projects.
- Address customer inquiries, explain project details, and schedule site visits.
- Follow up with leads, nurture relationships, and assist in conversions.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and update lead databases.
- Collaborate with the sales team to support deal closures.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service (real estate preferred).
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Telugu, Hindi, and English.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Customer-focused approach with the ability to build strong relationships.
- Basic computer skills for managing lead data and reports.
