Job description: Job Description :Hiring for Sales Executive – (FMCG /General Trade Sales) at Kolkata location, Salary upto 6lpaJob Purpose:This position is responsible for achieving sales (Primary and Secondary), distribution, and merchandising targets for specific routes, through a team of Market Growth Representatives in a key market.NOTE: Only Kolkata location candidates can apply. Key Responsibilities:Achieve daily/weekly sales targets (Primary & Secondary)Manage & support Market Growth Representatives (MGRs)Expand distribution by opening new outletsBuild strong relationships with retailers & ensure repeat businessDrive in-store visibility, merchandising, and execution as per standardsTrain and monitor MGRs to improve field performanceTrack assets (coolers, POS materials) and ensure complianceMonitor discounts, credit limits, and outlet-level claimsHandling team members and getting sales output meetRequirements
- Qualifications: Graduation / MBA
- Experience: Minimum 3years and above in FMCG Sales
- Continuous travel within the designated area 90% Travel in a month
- Male candidates preferred
- Age should be 45years or below.
- Should have handled 5 or above team members
Expected salary: Rs.400000 – 600000 per year
