The ideal candidate will have prior experience in insurance sales, credit card sales, or telemarketing with strong skills in customer follow-ups and lead management. Key ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound and outbound sales calls for bearings and related products.Build and maintain customer relationships through regular follow-ups.Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate product solutions.Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.Collaborate with the field sales team for order processing and client coordination.Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth. RequirementsEducation: Diploma / Degree in Engineering (Mechanical or related preferred).Experience: Minimum 2 years in inside sales, preferably from insurance, credit card, or telecalling domains.Excellent communication skills in English and Tamil.Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.Proficient in MS Office and basic CRM tools.Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Expected salary: Rs.20000 per month
