Job Description:RRC is urgently hiring a Loading Supervisor to oversee loading and unloading activities at its yard/warehouse in Rajpura. The role requires attention to detail, coordination with drivers/helpers, and responsibility for proper documentation and load handling.2. Key Responsibilities:Supervise safe and accurate loading/unloading of goods at the yard or warehouseEnsure correct weight, stacking, and protection of goodsPrepare trip documents including Bilty, gate passes, and slipsCoordinate with drivers, helpers, and the operations team during dispatch and arrivalOversee vehicle safety and positioning during loading/unloadingMaintain daily loading records and ensure documentation is filed properlyUnderstand truck capacities and material types for efficient space utilizationRequirementsMinimum 1 year of experience in a loading/unloading or warehouse coordination roleFamiliarity with truck types, capacities, and general transport material handlingBasic understanding of dispatch documentation (Bilty, gate pass, etc.)Physically active, detail-oriented, and responsible under pressureBased in or willing to work from Rajpura, PunjabBenefitsFixed salary of ₹16,000/monthOn-site logistics operations experienceRole in a reputed transport company with scope for growthExposure to dispatch, vehicle handling, and warehouse coordination
