The position is full-time with an employment type under the primary and secondary education industry. The candidate should have 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in early childhood education. The role involves nurturing young minds and contributing positively to their early development.Qualifications and Skills
- Must have Early Childhood Education credentials, demonstrating an understanding of young children and their unique developmental needs (Mandatory skill).
- Classroom Management skills to create a safe, engaging, and structured learning environment for nursery students (Mandatory skill).
- Effective Parent Communication to share children’s progress and collaborate for their overall development (Mandatory skill).
- Proficient in Montessori Methods, employing interactive learning for better engagement and understanding in children.
- Solid understanding of Child Development principles to tailor activities that match the learning pace and style of each child.
- Sharp Observation Skills to identify and address individual needs, ensuring all students receive proper attention and care.
- Empathy and Patience when working with young children, creating an inclusive and supportive atmosphere in the classroom.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey ideas and instructions to both students and parents.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that advance students’ physical, emotional, and social growth.
- Maintain a nurturing and stimulating environment that facilitates active learning and student engagement.
- Conduct regular assessments to monitor students progress and provide constructive feedback to parents.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers and the administrative team to implement school policies and curriculum standards.
- Ensure the classroom is safe, tidy, and conducive to educational activities while maintaining hygiene and safety standards.
- Facilitate open communication with parents to foster an informed partnership and involve them in their child’s development.
- Incorporate modern teaching aids and techniques to enhance learning experiences and student participation.
- Participate in continuous professional development to stay abreast of current educational practices and methodologies.
Expected salary: Rs.16000 per month
