The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth dispatches, driver coordination, trip planning, and operational excellence across the transport division.Key Responsibilities:Oversee daily transport operations including trip scheduling, dispatch, and route planningMonitor vehicle movements and ensure timely deliveriesManage a large team of drivers, dispatch executives, and ground staffCoordinate with clients for service updates and issue resolutionOptimize fleet utilization, fuel efficiency, and turnaround timeEnsure compliance with regulatory and safety standardsAnalyze operational reports and implement process improvementsLead emergency response and breakdown managementRequirementsMinimum 7 years of experience in logistics or transportation operationsProven leadership experience managing dispatch, fleet, and driver coordinationStrong understanding of Mumbai & Western India routes and traffic regulationsHands-on knowledge of vehicle types (trailers, tankers, etc.) and trip costingExcellent problem-solving, team management, and communication skillsFamiliarity with GPS/fleet tracking tools and transport documentation systemsBenefitsAnnual CTC of ₹12 LakhsSenior management role with leadership responsibilitiesOpportunity to work with a well-established logistics groupPerformance-linked growth and long-term career advancement
