This role requires expertise in fleet coordination, client servicing, and branch-level operational leadership to ensure smooth, timely, and cost-effective transport execution.Key Responsibilities:Manage daily operations of the branch including dispatch, tracking, and driver coordinationHandle end-to-end client communication, issue resolution, and relationship managementOversee fleet movement, scheduling, and utilization across routesCoordinate with the accounts team for billing, invoicing, and payment follow-upsSupervise on-ground teams to ensure discipline, punctuality, and delivery performanceMonitor documentation including LR generation, POD collection, and complianceReport operational KPIs, escalations, and improvement metrics to senior managementEnsure operational cost control, vendor coordination, and service qualityRequirementsMinimum 8 years of experience in logistics operations, preferably in road transportProven track record in client-facing operations and team leadershipStrong knowledge of fleet handling, branch management, and transport documentationComfortable with tools like Excel, TMS, or GPS tracking platformsExcellent communication, problem-solving, and coordination skillsBased in or willing to work from GhaziabadBenefitsCompetitive salary based on experienceOpportunity to lead a growing branch operationDirect client-facing role with autonomy and ownershipCareer growth in one of the region’s established logistics firms
