- Make sales bills for online orders (Amazon, Flipkart, website).
- Enter return and exchange details in our inventory software.
Customer Support & Coordination
- Answer customer calls and help with their queries.
- Coordinate with the warehouse, stores, and courier partners for dispatch and deliveries.
Reporting
- Prepare simple daily and weekly sales and return reports.
