Job title: Proposal Engineer – Solar + BESS Mumbai

Job description:
- Track the Solar , BESS tenders / Opportunities with PSUs and Private IPPS.
- Review the enquiry / bid documents – Commercial and Technical sections and share the same with Technical and Commercial team.
- Work with technical team to get tech specs reviewed and create technical proposals.
- Collect competitor / market information on Solar, BESS bids and technology development.
- Work with Marketing / Contracts team to prepare commercial documents / formats for proposal
- Compile costing with Technical team and Sourcing
- Work out Technical and Commercial responses to tender documents including the filling formats and other attachments.
- Collect information on Cost Estimation & BOQ Preparation, procurement cost CAPEX/OPEX projections.
- Stakeholder Collaboration – Work closely with sales, engineering, and finance teams to refine proposals and ensure alignment with customer requirements.
- Track the proposals till decision making stage and provide feedbacks.
Expected salary: Rs.700000 – 800000 per year
