We are currently seeking a motivated and skilled Sales Officer to drive sales and business development for our kaolin turnkey projects.Aout the Role**:We are looking for a skilled **Mechanical Engineer** to oversee the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of machinery and equipment in various projects . The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that machines are installed and commissioned efficiently, safely, and according to the company’s and industry standards.**Key Responsibilities**:– **Project Planning & Execution**:– Lead and execute the mechanical installation and commissioning of machinery and equipment for projects.– Prepare detailed project schedules, monitor progress, and ensure timely completion of tasks.– **Installation & Commissioning**:– Supervise the installation of machines, ensuring proper alignment, assembly, and calibration.– Commission machinery and perform test runs to ensure they meet performance specifications.– Troubleshoot any issues during the installation and commissioning phases.– **Coordination with Teams**:– Coordinate with project managers, electrical engineers, contractors, and other relevant stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.– Work closely with vendors and suppliers to oversee the delivery and installation of equipment.– **Technical Support & Maintenance**:– Provide technical support during the operational phase by diagnosing and resolving mechanical issues with installed machinery.– Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of machines to ensure optimal performance.– **Documentation & Reporting**:– Maintain proper records and documentation of the installation and commissioning processes.– Prepare project reports, technical documentation, and maintenance logs.– **Safety & Compliance**:– Ensure that all installations comply with health, safety, and environmental standards.– Ensure machinery and equipment are compliant with industry regulations and standards.– **Training & Handover**:– Provide training and guidance to operators and maintenance teams on machine operation and safety procedures.– Handover the completed project to the operations team with detailed instructions for proper use and maintenance.#### **Qualifications**:– Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.– 5 years of experience in machine installation, commissioning, and maintenance, preferably in the manufacturing or industrial sector.– Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, machine design, and industrial equipment.– Experience with hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems.– Hands-on experience in reading and interpreting technical drawings, blueprints, and manuals.– Proficient in using CAD software and other engineering tools.– Familiarity with project management and scheduling software.– Understanding of health and safety regulations.**Preferred Skills**:– Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.– Ability to work independently and in a team environment.– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.– Proficient in MS Office Suite, especially Excel and project management tools.– Experience in handling turnkey projects is a plus.BenefitsWhat We Offer:
