Openings: 25 PositionsJob Description (JD)As a Customer Service Associate at Reliance Trends, you will play a key role in providing an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. You will assist with product selection, maintain visual merchandising standards, manage billing and returns, and support store operations in a fast-paced fashion retail environment.Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers with style advice and product selection across men’s, women’s, and kids’ apparel
- Understand and meet monthly sales targets; improve average transaction value
- Maintain merchandising standards and ensure displays are fresh and aligned with company guidelines
- Conduct stock counts, process inventory replenishment, and coordinate with supply chain
- Handle billing, returns, and exchanges accurately and professionally
- Maintain store cleanliness including shelves, racks, and fitting rooms
- Collaborate with team members during promotions and events
- Record daily sales, customer feedback, and inventory movement
RequirementsRequirementsAge Criteria
- 18 to 26 years
Educational Qualification
- Minimum 12th Pass (PUC or equivalent)
- Graduates can also apply
Experience
- 0 to 3 years (fashion retail experience preferred but not mandatory)
Languages
- Fluent in Kannada
- Basic English and/or Hindi preferred
Core Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-focused attitude and basic fashion sense
- Basic math skills and familiarity with billing systems
- Ability to work in teams and handle pressure during peak hours (e.g., weekends, festivals)
Work Schedule
- Full-time, in-store role
- Rotational shifts between 11 AM to 9:30 PM
- Weekly off on rotation
- Must be available during weekends, festival periods, and sale events
Performance Indicators
- Meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets
- Units per transaction (UPT) and conversion rate
- Visual merchandising audit scores
- Customer satisfaction and service quality
