Job description: Job Description:We are seeking experienced SAP Work Zone Consultants to join our dynamic team for a leading project based in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in designing, developing, and implementing SAP Work Zone solutions with a strong background in SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), UI5, and integration technologies.Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop user-centric digital workplace experiences using SAP Work Zone
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements and convert them into effective Work Zone solutions
- Create engaging dashboards, widgets, and content leveraging SAP BTP, UI5, and Fiori elements
- Integrate Work Zone with SAP S/4HANA, SuccessFactors, and other third-party systems
- Customize workflows and user experiences using SAP Launchpad Services and SAP Build Work Zone tools
- Implement role-based access and security models
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Work Zone components
- Stay updated with the latest Work Zone features and SAP BTP capabilities
Required Skills:
- 6+ years of experience in SAP, with 2+ years specifically in SAP Work Zone / SAP BTP
- Strong hands-on experience in SAP Work Zone, UI5, Fiori, SAP Launchpad, and Integration Suite
- Good understanding of SAP Business Application Studio, SAP Build Work Zone, and cloud architecture
- Experience integrating with SAP and Non-SAP systems using REST/OData APIs
- Proficient in creating custom widgets and pages using SAP UI5
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in SAP BTP or SAP Work Zone
- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors, SAP S/4HANA integration in Work Zone
- Prior experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
