Job description: Experience: 2 to 3 years in plant security supervisionSalary Range: 14k to 16kTiming: shift wiseResponsibilities:Supervise day-to-day activities of security guards on shift.Ensure strict checking of persons, vehicles, and materials at entry/exit points.Conduct patrolling of premises to prevent theft, trespassing, or unauthorized access.Monitor CCTV and report any unusual activity to the Security Incharge.Maintain attendance, duty rosters, and discipline among guards.Assist in handling emergencies such as fire, medical cases, or accidents.Ensure proper documentation of visitor logs, gate passes, and incident reports.Provide regular feedback and reporting to the Security Incharge.Guide guards on proper etiquette, communication, and alertness.Requirements:Minimum 12th pass, Ex-Serviceman preferred.Knowledge of access control and surveillance systems.Good communication and leadership skills.Ability to work in shifts and handle pressure situations.JOB APPLYhttp://jobs.vinayakjob.com/CONTACT DETAILS –
