JobType: full-timeRequirementsWe are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Senior Fixed Deposit Sales Executive with over 4 years of experience in financial product sales, especially in the Fixed Deposit (FD) and Fixed Income domain. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Fixed Deposit Sales, TPP Sales – FD, and be capable of nurturing strong client relationships while ensuring the successful conversion of leads into long-term investments.As a key member of the Wealth Sales team, the individual will also act as a Relationship Manager – Liabilities and contribute to the expansion of the company’s retail and HNI customer base by offering customized fixed deposit solutions and cross-selling a wide range of financial products.Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:
  • Acquire new clients through cold calls, referrals, lead follow-ups, and existing customer networks.
  • Manage and grow an assigned portfolio of HNI and retail clients with a focus on fixed deposit investments.
  • Provide financial consultation to clients based on their goals, risk appetite, and investment horizon.
  • Fixed Deposit Sales & Advisory:
  • Promote and sell Fixed Deposit (FD) products by clearly explaining their features, benefits, interest rates, and returns.
  • Maintain updated knowledge of fixed income trends and market conditions to guide clients on suitable FD strategies.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and yearly FD sales targets aligned with organizational goals.
  • Cross-Selling & Wealth Solutions:
  • Identify opportunities to cross-sell third-party products (TPP) such as mutual funds, PMS, insurance, loans, and other investment offerings.
  • Work closely with wealth relationship managers and internal teams to ensure seamless product bundling and customer experience.
  • Documentation & Compliance:
  • Ensure accurate documentation of all transactions in compliance with internal policies and external regulatory guidelines.
  • Liaise with the back-office and compliance teams for smooth processing and servicing of FD applications and other investments.
  • Reporting & Strategy:
  • Maintain proper records of client interactions, sales pipelines, and conversion ratios.
  • Provide feedback to the product team on market needs and customer expectations to improve offerings.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Experience:

Minimum 4+ years in financial product sales, specifically in Fixed Deposits, Fixed Income Instruments, or Liability Products. * Educational Qualification:Graduate or Postgraduate in Finance, Business, Economics, or related fields. * Certifications (Preferred):NISM, AMFI, or similar financial advisory certifications are an advantage. * Skills & Attributes:

  • In-depth knowledge of FD products, interest rate trends, and investor behavior.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales and revenue targets.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Strong consultative selling skills and the ability to build trust-based relationships.
  • High levels of initiative, drive, and self-motivation.

Expected salary: Rs.900000 – 1600000 per year
