Job title: Staff Nurse – Ward / ICU / OT

Job description: Key Responsibilities:
- Provide professional nursing care to patients in Ward, ICU, and OT as assigned.
- Monitor patient conditions, record vital signs, and report changes promptly.
- Assist doctors during examinations, procedures, and surgeries.
- Administer medications and injections as per prescription.
- Maintain accurate patient records, charts, and reports.
- Ensure proper sterilization, infection control, and cleanliness in the workplace.
- Support patient families with information, comfort, and guidance.
- Participate in emergency care and handle critical situations effectively.
- Comply with hospital policies, nursing protocols, and medical ethics.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Education: B.Sc Nursing / Diploma in General Nursing & Midwifery (DGNM)
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in Ward / ICU / OT (Freshers can also apply).
- License/Registration: Registered Nurse with the Nursing Council.
- Strong clinical and patient care knowledge.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in shifts, under pressure, and as part of a team.
- Compassionate and patient-focused approach.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Experienced: 10% hike from last drawn CTC.
- Accommodation: Hostel facility available for female nurses at ₹1,500 per month.

Expected salary: Rs.15000 – 20000 per month
