Operations Management:– Oversee day-to-day store operations independently.– Implement and adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) from the corporate office.– Manage stock and inventory in coordination with the warehouse.2. Sales Growth and Customer Satisfaction:– Develop strategies to achieve sales targets.– Ensure excellent customer service and analyses feedback for continuous improvement.3. Employee Management and Leadership:– Foster a positive work environment, ensuring staff satisfaction.– Provide training to enhance product knowledge and service skills.4. Relationship Building:– Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and stakeholders.5. Communication and Reporting:– Maintain effective communication with the corporate office and other locations.– Generate and analyse sales reports for management review.RequirementsQualifications:– Previous experience in retail store management (2-3 years).– Strong communication, leadership, and analytical skills.– Ability to work independently and make informed decisions.BenefitsSalary : 4 lacs – 5 lacs+ incentives
Expected salary: Rs.35000 – 40000 per month
