Learn more at .Job OverviewWe are seeking a Junior-level Study Abroad Counselor for our Ahmedabad office with a focus on UK education. This full-time role requires 1 to 3 years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate will demonstrate expertise in guiding students through the study abroad process, particularly for the UK, and managing visa procedures.Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience in handling study abroad counseling with a focus on the UK (Mandatory skill).
- Demonstrated ability in visa counseling, ensuring adherence to all legal requirements (Mandatory skill).
- Expertise in managing UK-specific educational counseling and student placement (Mandatory skill).
- Comprehensive knowledge of overseas educational systems and study opportunities.
- Familiarity with visa process intricacies, ensuring smooth and timely processing.
- Experience in direct sales, demonstrating an ability to engage and convert potential students.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with students and stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple student cases simultaneously.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Guide students in selecting suitable universities and courses in the UK, providing personalized counseling throughout the process.
- Assist students with the application process, including documentation, form submission, and adherence to deadlines.
- Manage the visa process, ensuring compliance with all regulations and providing comprehensive guidance to students and their families.
- Maintain an up-to-date database of students and stay informed about changing educational trends and visa policies.
- Engage in direct sales activities to promote educational programs and increase student enrollments.
- Conduct seminars, presentations, and workshops to provide prospective students with comprehensive information on studying abroad.
- Collaborate with universities, colleges, and other educational institutions to develop partnerships and opportunities for students.
- Provide ongoing support and follow-up with students throughout their study abroad journey, assisting with any issues or challenges that arise.
Expected salary: Rs.480000 per year
