Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to potential customers for credit card, personal loan, and other banking productsUnderstand customer needs and explain product features and benefits clearlyAchieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targetsMaintain records of calls and sales and update CRM regularlyFollow compliance and quality standards as per bank norms Candidate Profile:Minimum 6 months of telesales or telecalling experience in the banking or financial sectorExperience in credit card sales, personal loans, or banking products is highly preferredExcellent communication and convincing skillsShould be result-oriented and self-motivated
