- To drive the Agency premium in the location for Travel business
- To monitor and drive Agency business of assigned locations through:
- Agency Recruitment
- Agent Activation
- Agent Productivity
- Agent Engagement Matrix
- Achieve the top line and bottom line as per defined matrix
- Provide strategic inputs from geographical perspective and periodically review, design and implement plans
Key Requirements Education & Certification
- Graduate with computer skills
Key Requirements Experience & Skills
- Good communication skills
- Go getter.
- Team player with cross functional environment.
Expected salary: Rs.300000 per year
