Industry: Hospitality / HotelResponsibilities:Assist in the development and implementation of pricing strategies based on market trends and demand forecasts.Monitor daily hotel performance metrics (occupancy, ADR, RevPAR) and generate regular reports.Analyze booking patterns, market segment trends, and historical data to support revenue decisions.Work with sales, marketing, and reservations teams to optimize room inventory and pricing.Manage OTA (Online Travel Agency) extranets and ensure rate parity across distribution channels.Conduct competitor rate analysis and benchmarking.Support budgeting and forecasting processes with data-driven insights.Assist in system updates for rates, restrictions, and availability.Ensure proper use of revenue management tools (PMS, RMS, Channel Manager).Recommend and implement tactical strategies during low-demand periods.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, Finance, or a related field.1–3 years of experience in revenue management or front office/reservations.Strong analytical skills with advanced knowledge of Excel.Familiarity with hotel systems like PMS, CRS, RMS, and channel managers.Detail-oriented with excellent communication and coordination skills.
Expected salary: Rs.240000 – 300000 per year
