Job Type: Full-time / Shift-basedResponsibilities:Operate CNC and VMC machines to produce parts as per engineering drawings.Set up machines and tools, and load materials and tooling.Monitor machine operation and make necessary adjustments.Perform quality checks using measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, etc.).Maintain machine tools and perform minor maintenance.Record production data and report inconsistencies.Ensure adherence to safety standards and maintain cleanliness.Collaborate with quality and engineering teams to improve processes.Requirements:ITI / Diploma in Mechanical or related field.Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on experience with CNC/VMC machines.Ability to read and interpret technical drawings (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, etc.).Familiar with G-code, M-code, and machine operating parameters.Strong attention to detail and quality standards.Basic computer knowledge for machine interface and reporting.Preferred Skills:Experience with Fanuc, Siemens, or Haas controllers.Knowledge of tooling and cutting speeds.Familiarity with lean manufacturing or 5S principles.
Expected salary: Rs.180000 – 216000 per year
