(only male can apply)🔍 Key Responsibilities:📄 Evaluate individual loan proposals by assessing financial documents and repayment capacity🧾 Conduct field verification, KYC checks, and background investigations📊 Analyze credit risk and prepare detailed credit appraisal reports💼 Coordinate with sales and collections teams for end-to-end loan processing✅ Ensure compliance with internal credit policies and RBI/NBFC regulations🗂 Maintain accurate and updated customer records and loan documentation🔁 Monitor loan accounts for repayment schedules and flag irregularities🤝 Provide support in customer onboarding and service🧠 Stay updated on market trends, credit risk factors, and competition📈 Assist in achieving branch credit targets through quality portfolio building🎓 Requirements:Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance, Commerce, or a related field1–3 years of experience in retail lending or NBFC credit operationsStrong understanding of credit risk analysis and financial documentationProficiency in MS Office and loan management systemsGood interpersonal, analytical, and communication skillsAbility to travel for field verification and customer visits
Expected salary: Rs.180000 – 234000 per year
