We are seeking a reliable and skilled Plant Operator to manage and monitor machinery and systems in our industrial plant. The ideal candidate will have a technical background, attention to safety, and the ability to troubleshoot mechanical or process issues efficiently.Key Responsibilities:Operate, monitor, and control industrial plant equipment and systems.Conduct routine checks on equipment and perform basic maintenance.Record operational data and maintain logs of machine performance.Follow safety protocols and standard operating procedures (SOPs).Respond to alarms and emergency situations quickly and appropriately.Collaborate with maintenance and engineering teams for repairs or improvements.Ensure product quality standards are met during production.Participate in shift rotations, including night shifts and weekends if required.Requirements:ITI/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or related field.Prior experience in a manufacturing or industrial plant environment preferred.Understanding of safety procedures and plant operations.Ability to work in shifts and under pressure.Basic knowledge of computer systems for data entry and monitoring.Preferred Certifications (if any):Boiler Operation Certification (if applicable)Safety or First Aid Training
Expected salary: Rs.200000 – 264000 per year
