Reports To: Project Manager / Mechanical Lead
Type: Full-Time / Site-BasedKey Responsibilities:Supervise installation, testing, and commissioning of HVAC and utility systems (chillers, AHUs, ducts, piping, compressors, etc.).Review and interpret mechanical drawings, technical specifications, and project schedules.Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal teams for seamless project execution.Monitor site activities to ensure adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory standards.Prepare daily/weekly site progress reports, documentation, and inspection checklists.Ensure timely availability of materials, tools, and manpower at the site.Troubleshoot and resolve site-level mechanical issues and escalate critical risks.Conduct quality checks and supervise third-party testing and inspections.Maintain documentation for HVAC utility layouts, as-built drawings, and equipment logs.Liaise with procurement and logistics for timely delivery of mechanical components.Qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.3–6 years of relevant experience in HVAC/utility project execution (site-based).Sound knowledge of HVAC systems, mechanical utilities, and project workflow.Familiar with relevant codes and standards (ASHRAE, SMACNA, IS Codes, etc.).Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management tools.Strong communication and coordination skills.Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
Expected salary: Rs.240000 – 360000 per year
